"We hereby confirm that the products listed hereafter meet the requirements of DIRECTIVE 2002/95/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 January 2003 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and its amendments (RoHS). Use of mercury, cadmium, lead, chromium VI, PBB and PBDE in any materials used to construct this assembly or any of its components do not exceed the maximum concentration values specified except in exempted applications."
