- Our 0446 series features the standard, domestic, 3-prong, North American Plug (NEMA 5-15P) with a 2-splitter (Y-Cord) that has two (2) NEMA 5-15R Receptacles.
- These multi-leg North American extension cords are the recommended cords used to connect 2 devices, appliances, and electronics using the NEMA 5-15P to a power source. On one end, these cords plug directly into any standard NEMA wall outlet or receptacle, and on the other, the 2 receptacles connect to any 2 5-15P style plugs. Because these cords power 2 devices while only using 1 outlet, we refer to them as space-savers.
- Shielded wire uses a conductive lining to disperse any external electromagnetic interference and reduce any internal high-frequency noise. This protects the flow of electricity from electromagnetic fields created by other devices, and also protects the external environment from any electromagnetic field created by the power cord itself.
- The 0446.012 carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 13A - 125V.
